Hello, my name is Danesha, and I am a Care Coordinator for Elsie’s help at home with nearly two years of professional experience. My journey in care began with a personal experience, looking after my grandmother, which instilled in me a profound sense of empathy and commitment to supporting others.
 
Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about swimming and enjoy playing the steel pans, which brings a rhythmic joy to my life. I studied geography at university, where my love for travelling and nature was developed. This passion for exploring the world around me allows me to appreciate the diverse backgrounds and life experiences of the people I meet.
 
In my role as a Care Coordinator, I am committed to understanding and addressing the unique needs of each individual I work with. I believe in the importance of personalised care and strive to make a positive impact on the lives of those I support.
